Reinforcekit® 4D


Composite Wrap Repair System

REINFORCEKiT® 4D is an advanced permanent composite repair system for pipes suffering from external or internal corrosion, dents, weld defects or mechanical damages.

REINFORCEKiT® 4D is a wet lay-up system, wrapped helicoidally by external application around the pipe to bring the mechanical resistance to the damaged pipe section.

The original concept is an association of Kevlar® tape and specific bi-component epoxy resin which allows a safe and easy installation unlike any other products on the wrapping market.

This patented product is designed to restore pipe original integrity. There are no limits in terms of pressure, and it could be used without shutdown.

We use our proprietary software called Reinforcekit Engineering Analysis (R.E.A) to design the composite repair and define the material requirements in accordance with international standards.

Reinforcekit® 4D

REINFORCEKiT® PATCH is a REINFORCEKiT® 4D variation for damaged tanks and vessels suffering from internal or external damage. This is the solution for a lasting tank reinforcement (up to 20 years for external corrosion).

Based on REINFORCEKiT® 4D technology, this product is compliant with ISO 24.817 and ASME PCC-2 standards.

This permanent solution is made of Kevlar® patches and 3X bi-component epoxy resin. Engineering analysis and calculations are performed to ensure that the product is configured for each repair job. This solution can be used in all conditions.

The dimensions of the patch and the quantity of resin will depend on the defect (no limitation of defect size). The number of patch/layer will be determined using the REA software.

ROLLERKIT® Pipe & Support Protection

ROLLERKIT is a patented innovation for pipe and support protection against corrosion. It can be used as preventive or curative repair system.

ROLLERKiT has been engineered according to ASME B31.1. It is made of technopolymer PPS pads thermo-welded on glass fiber fabric and epoxy resin. The type of resin depends on the environmental conditions: onshore or subsea.

Pads are designed to support the weight of the pipe. Glass fiber fabric ensures the pads assembly, and applied with the resin on a corroded surface, it will stop the corrosion.

Anti-Corrosion Tape


Trenton’s Wax-Tape wraps use a blend of microcrystalline waxes and plasticizers and are thick, with no fillers. This translates into conformability to irregular fittings and compatibility with many types of materials. Wax-Tapes do not require sandblasting or special surface preparation before application.

Wax-Tape® wraps do not cure and form a rock-hard composition. The wraps conform to surfaces and provide a long-lasting protection. In fact, the wraps provide better protection than paint, and they do not require the surface preparation that is necessary when using paints and epoxies.
